A Unique Fee Structure

We believe that ours is a truly unique fee structure that is currently not offered by other firms. You pay us on a shared investment basis.

Shared investment means that the cost reflects the success of the appointment. You only pay as you reap the benefit, and as the successful candidate proves themselves to be a valuable asset.

That way, it’s in our best interest to find you the perfect candidate, and to work with candidate and client well beyond the start date.

I’ve worked in recruitment for over 15 years, fulfilling senior roles across the Midlands, the UK, and overseas. Throughout my career I’ve always maintained that recruitment is not just about receiving a fee, it’s about building long term partnerships with clients which is why I’ve worked for some of my clients for well over a decade. 

I’m a people person, so building long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients and investing in their future and their growth is something I wanted to put at the heart of Exceda. The dual investment payment structure means that the success of the placement is in all our best interests and I am confident in the holistic recruitment approach we offer.
